Sofie Recipes was originally created by Sofie as a personal blog to share her wellness journey. Today, the site has grown into a professional team effort, proudly owned by FLX-People LLC, a U.S.-based company dedicated to authentic, science-backed food and wellness content.

Sofie continues as Co-Founder & Creative Director, but Sofie Recipes is no longer a one-person project—it’s now powered by a talented team of nutritionists, dietitians, chefs, journalists, and food photographers who share a single mission: to make healthy eating approachable, enjoyable, and effective.
