Strawberry Tea Sandwiches
These three-ingredient strawberry cream cheese tea sandwiches are perfect for spring holidays and brunches. Cute and dainty, these petite bites are as fun to eat as they are to assemble.
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Spread one side of each slice of bread with cream cheese. Using the cookie cutter, cut two hearts out of each slice of bread. Save the scraps for snacking.
- 2 Slice the strawberries in thin slices and arrange on the cream cheese. For open-faced sandwiches, top all 12 hearts with strawberries. For closed-faced sandwiches, top 6 hearts with strawberries and top with the remaining 6 hearts.
- 3 Serve immediately.
