Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites & Potatoes

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef bites until browned on all sides (about 2-3 minutes per side). Transfer to the slow cooker.
- 2 Add baby potatoes to the slow cooker.
- 3 In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the beef and potatoes.
- 4 Add beef broth to the slow cooker.
