Hard Boiled Eggs in Air-Fryer
Easy air fryer hard boiled eggs, no water needed, perfect for meal prep
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat the Air Fryer at 250° F. Place eggs in the air fryer basket (not touching) and cook for 17 minutes. Cook for less time if you prefer a softer yolk. If your air fryer doesn't go lower than 300° F, set it to 300° F and adjust the time to less (start with 11-13 minutes).
- 2 Remove eggs from the air-fryer basket and place in an ice bath for 5 minutes.
- 3 Gently crack the egg shells and then roll them along a hard surface.
- 4 Peel eggs and enjoy. Or store hard boiled eggs with shells on in the refrigerator for up to five days.
