Egg Mayo Sandwich

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Boil 4 medium-sized eggs for 8-10 minutes and peel them off.
- 2 Cut the boiled eggs into half and separate the egg white and egg yolk of all the eggs.
- 3 Cut the egg white into small diced shape chunks.
- 4 Mash the egg yolk in a separate bowl.
- 5 In a bowl of mashed egg yolk, Add 4 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of chopped coriander, a pinch of salt, ¼ tsp of black pepper, and egg white chunks, and mix everything well.
- 6 Spread a sufficient amount of egg mayo mixture on a bread slice and cover it with another slice of bread.
- 7 Cut the sandwich into 2 pieces and make your tea time more scrumptious.
